Force line
Axial, parallel, angular or protected: the design follows force, installation space and access.
Technology building blocks
AP, SP and XP show how S+R typically builds force line, space, protection, sensors and control. From there, the right solution is developed for the project.
Design logic
The best solution is rarely simply the strongest or fastest one. It fits the load case technically, the project commercially and the machine practically.
Axial, parallel, angular or protected: the design follows force, installation space and access.
Ball screw, trapezoidal screw, timing belt, chain, gearbox and motor are combined around the load case.
Mounting, piston rod, bearing, protection class and sensors are derived from drawing and environment.
Repair, spare parts and retrofit are considered so the solution remains traceable in operation.
Component quality
S+R does not only define the actuator layout. The core components are selected around the project as well. Screw, drive, brake, sensors and interface need to fit the load case so the assembly remains technically robust, testable and serviceable later.
Screws, guides and linear assemblies are selected around force, stroke, accuracy and service access.
Motor, gearbox and ratio need to match the motion, duty cycle, voltage and control environment.
Couplings, brakes and safety components support interfaces, holding functions and traceable sizing.
End positions, position feedback, monitoring and signals are integrated to fit the machine and its control system.
The manufacturer logos show examples of components used on a project-specific basis. They do not imply general approval, exclusivity or an official partnership; the selection depends on technical suitability in the specific project.

Motors & motion control
We build the actuator. You choose the motor that drives it – from a robust three-phase motor to a servo drive for demanding motion control.
Robust, economical standard solution for reliable lifting and positioning motion – proven and long-lasting.
For precise, dynamic and networked motion we equip the actuator with all common servo motors – e.g. SEW, Beckhoff (EtherCAT), Fanuc, Siemens (PROFINET, SIMOTION) – exactly as it fits your control environment.
Customer-supplied servo motors are possible: you provide the preferred motor, we integrate it into the actuator.

From building block to custom solution
Proven assemblies help with sizing, manufacturing and service. Motor position, screw, housing, mounting, sensors and documentation remain as open as the application requires.
