Sales and delivery terms

Apply to the delivery and sale of electric linear actuators, accessories and spare parts.

Previous versions (1)

Superseded versions remain available so that it stays verifiable which text applied to an earlier contract.

Service terms

Apply to repair, retrofit, maintenance, reconditioning and commissioning.

Incorporation

These terms become part of the contract when referenced in a quotation or order confirmation. They do not apply to consumers.
